A beautiful autumn day in Hanes Park in the West End of Winston-Salem

Note:
A stream that leads to the Linville Falls found in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is also the start of a nice hike to the viewing areas of the falls.

Well, you know it is autumn when every morning you go out and see the car covered in frost. A bit warmer this morning than yesterday so no scraping required but I will have to settle in a new routine of getting the car ready for the day.

…finally we are starting to see some colour in the trees around town now. Should be really spectacular fall over the next two weeks or so.
