This week Ribfest took place in downtown Winston-Salem. In its fourth year of operation, it brought together a variety of different BBQ operations to show off their skills and treat the locals to some fine BBQ. For our lunch, we had the rib meal along with the pulled pork sandwich. It is good as it looks.
